Customer Service Clerk for our office in Italy (full-time)

 

Your QualifikationsYour Commitments
  • Qualification as industrial clerk with minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role within a B2B company
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience in handling an ERP System (“Infor” preferred) and CRM skills (Salesforce.com preferred)
  • Fluent English language skills, both oral and written, (German language skills would be an advantage)
  • Strong service and customer orientation, dedication and team spirit
  • Technical aptitude

  • Support our Italian clients and Sales Engineers via phone and E-Mail
  • Prepare offers and order confirmations
  • Follow up on delivery dates and manages return of products
  • Prepare and analyze sales statistics, provide sales reports
  • Schedules and coordinates customer visits if required Cooperates with the Customer Service Representatives in the European headquarters in Germany (Luedenscheid)
