Employee Eligibility:
Temposonics extends benefit coverage to regular employees depending on the number of hours expected to work identified with their position. You must be a regular employee working at least 30 hours or more per week to be eligible for all Temposonics employee benefits.
Dependents Eligibility:
Temposonics extends coverage to qualifying dependents of employees. You as the employee must be enrolled in the benefit to enroll your eligible dependent. Documentation of a dependent may be required to add them to your benefit. The following is a list of eligible dependents for coverage:
- Legal Spouse
- Dependent Child(ren) up to their 26th birthday
- Including adopted children and children whom you have legal custody over.
- Dependent Child(ren) of your spouse

To help you secure your financial future, our company offers a robust 401(k) retirement plan that allows you to invest in your future on a tax-advantaged basis. As a participant, you can contribute pre-tax dollars directly from your paycheck, reducing your immediate taxable income while saving for retirement. To accelerate your savings, the company provides a generous matching contribution: we will match 75% of every dollar you contribute, on the first 6% of your annual salary that you defer. For example, if you contribute 6% of your annual pay, the company will contribute an additional 4.5% (75% times 6% = 4.5%), effectively boosting your total annual retirement savings to 10.5% of your salary.
This "free money" is a key part of your compensation package designed to build long-term wealth through compounding interest, and it is highly recommended to contribute at least 6% to maximize this benefit. The funds in your 401(k)-grow tax-deferred until withdrawal, allowing you to choose from various investment options that suit your personal goals.
